                 Cemetery Hours
The cemetery is open for walk in visitors from dawn to dusk.

The hours for the gate for drive in visitors are normally as follows:
 
Mon - Fri: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  Sat and Sun: 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Hours may change due to weather or other factors.

 In planning your visit to Woodland Cemetery, please follow these rules for safety, respect, and preservation. Visitors who arrive when the gates are closed should park on Magnolia Road and walk into the cemetery. Anyone visiting between dusk and dawn without permission will be considered trespassing.


1. Woodland Cemetery is a sacred place. Quiet, respect, and reverence are to be observed at all times. Please avoid walking over graves.
2. Visitors must enter and exit the cemetery through the front gates only.
3. Mature trees may drop limbs without warning, the grounds may be unstable due to natural
depressions, and monuments and markers may not be stable. Please use caution when visiting on foot.
4. Standing, sitting, and leaning on grave markers is prohibited.
5. Loitering is prohibited.
6. Littering is prohibited.
7. Children must be supervised at all times.

8. Drive slowly. Driving over and/or parking on the grassed burial areas is prohibited.
9. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after.
10. Bicycles and electric bikes are permitted in the cemetery. Groups of more than 4 must request permission. Bicycles must be ridden only on paved surfaces. Motorized bikes, dirtbikes, roller skates, and off-road vehicles, and scooters are not permitted.
11. Walking is permitted.
12. Organized groups of more than 10 wanting to use the cemetery must request permission.
13. Balloons may not be released.
14. The construction of fences or decorative borders is not permitted.
15. Any decorations that become broken, worn, or tattered will be removed. Fresh flowers will be removed when they wilt (generally within 1 week of placement).

  Artificial flowers will be removed according to the following schedule:
     January 31st
      Between April 1st and 15th (depending on the date of Easter)
      July 31st
     October 31st

16. Flags will be placed at military markers on or around Memorial Day and Veteran's Day. They will be removed 2 weeks after placement.
